On time, courteous, excellent work.
Would recommend Miranda.
Mark was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what my problem was and I wasn't asked to pay anything extra once I got a quote to fix my heater.
Very professional. Happy with his work but am concerned that one of the new faucets has "play" in it when it shouldn't. For the price, that needs to be corrected.
I am very pleased with the service I have received over the last decade from Miranda personnel. They are extremely professional and competent, and also very polite and personable. That is important to me because I have an elderly mother and a disabled husband and I am careful about whom I let into my home.
The technician was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process of the maintenance he was performing on my air conditioner. As a customer who asks many questions, I was impressed by the time he took to help me understand what he was doing and the reasons why. This technician gained my trust and I was more than pleased with the service. I would recommend this company based on my service.
I was unable to have my new refrigerator installed because all of my shut-off valves were inoperable. I called Miranda and had a plumber arrive in two hours.

Jean had a leak on the left side under her kitchen sink. I looked under and saw it was coming from her old corroded basket strainer. Right side was new. I offered to replace the part and she accepted. Performed the work, cleaned up her drains and everything looks great and is functioning as designed with no leaks or issues. She said she wants to replace a utility tub faucet and she will request me for job after she buys one.

Robert had a Moen shower valve in his guest bath which he had tried replacing the cartridge unsuccessfully. I offered to remove the cartridge and he accepted. I was unsuccessful so I had to break out the old cartridge piece by piece. I installed a new 1222b Moen shower cartridge and tested. Everything works great now with no issues or leaks.

Client tried to repair Delta shower valve And he broke off soft copper tubing on valve. Made access on tile wall and install new Moen Posi Temp shower valve body and trim. Install new shower arm, turn on water and check for any leaks, all working properly.
Customer complaint was no airflow in kitchen and bedroom, upon arrival system was off at thermostat, turned fan on and checked operation, airflow in all areas, checked cooling and heating, temperature in all areas are within range.
Karen's kitchen sink drain was moving slow and bubbling when disposal is turned on. I first tried plunging unsuccessfully. I then took apart all the drains to see if there was an obstruction. I removed the disposal side drain and ran water on the other side and the water seemed to go down fine. I offered to rework the drains but then I realized that there was not enough room to go forward with my plans. I offered to replace her garbage disposal and she agreed. I quickly ran a short cable down the drain by hand to push any obstruction out. Tested all work. Drains are working fine now and she happy with new disposal.
